Focaccia!

Follow my steps into the making of two types of delicious focaccias, ligurian style.

Ingredients for two focaccias

(difficult to say for how many people... i mean i could eat them all by myself ;))

 

1+1/2 cup plain flour
1 sachet of dry yeast
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 pinch of caster sugar
2/4 cup lukewarm water
1/2 cup semolina( optional)
1/2 brown onion
1/2 cup of water mix with

2 Tbsp olive oil
